What a season! Finishing 3rd and securing promotion to Division 7 is a fantastic achievement and a just reward for the squad’s hard work. We set our sights on promotion early in the year, and the team delivered, showing great character to maintain our position in the top three when it mattered most. The progress made this year has been significant, and we have shown that we belong in the higher echelons of the league. Looking forward to 2026, the challenge is to prove ourselves in Division 7. We have the ambition and the talent to make a mark at that level, and we are excited to take the next step in our journey.

What a difference a year makes! Building on the foundations of our inaugural season, our Sunday Oddies delivered a superb campaign, climbing from 8th to an excellent 4th place finish. The development of the squad was clear for all to see—greater consistency, growing confidence, and a brand of cricket that was both enjoyable and competitive. We were in the mix for a promotion spot for much of the season, and while we fell just short, the trajectory is unmistakably upward. Our strength and depth have improved immeasurably, and we head into next season knowing that we are genuine contenders.
